Pakistan is called "The Land of Pacers" for a reason and the Pakistani trio of Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf keep on justifying this tag in every match.

Shaheen being a new ball expert, Haris with his immense pace, and Naseem with endless varieties make this trio complete and one of the best in the world.

And just like that, they are also ruling the Asia Cup 2023 wicket-taking charts and with the World Cup 2023 on the cards, this is a positive sign for the Green Shirts.

Haris has nine wickets in three matches with an average of 10.33 and an economy rate of 4.65.

Naseem has the best economy rate among all as he picked up seven wickets with a 12.42 average and 4.46 economy.

Meanwhile, Afridi bagged seven wickets with a 14.85 average and a 4.72 economy rate.

Earlier today, Pakistani bowlers continued their exceptional performance as Bangladesh were all out for 193 runs while batting first.

Haris, 29, bamboozled Bangladesh's batting line-up and bowled an exceptional spell of 19/4 in six overs.

Naseem picked up three wickets while Afridi got only one to his name.

In the first match of the Asia Cup 2023 against Nepal, the Pakistani trio took five wickets in total and helped their side register a 238-run massive win.

In the second match, Pakistani pacers created history as they took all 10 wickets of India for the first time since September 2004.

Afridi bowled one of the most memorable spells demolishing India's top-order and sending two of their most experienced batters — Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli — back to the pavilion.

In the same match, Naseem troubled the Blues' opener Shubman Gill, taking three wickets in total while Rauf also took three important wickets as well.

Pakistan and India qualified from Group A, meanwhile, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka booked place in the Asia Cup Super 4 from Group B.
